SHIPPING POLICY
Go Fast Manufacturing ships industrial machinery, equipment, replacement parts, and related products throughout the United States and select international markets.
1. SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods may include:
- LTL freight
- Flatbed freight
- Parcel carriers
- Expedited shipping
- Local pickup
- Customer-arranged freight
Shipping method selection is determined based on product size, weight, destination, and customer requirements.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated in writing.
Freight charges, fuel surcharges, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, export fees, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and related shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly included in a written quotation.
3. LEAD TIMES
Lead times shown on this website or communicated by Go Fast Manufacturing are estimates only and are subject to change.
Production schedules and delivery estimates may be affected by:
- Material availability
- Supply chain disruptions
- Labor availability
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customer-requested changes
- Force majeure events
Go Fast Manufacturing is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
4. FREIGHT INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any visible freight damage, shortages, or packaging issues must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt
- Photographed immediately
- Reported to the freight carrier
- Reported to Go Fast Manufacturing within five (5) business days
Failure to properly document freight damage at delivery may void freight claims.
5. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to the customer according to the shipping terms listed on the applicable quotation, invoice, or sales agreement.
6. CUSTOMER PICKUP
Customers arranging pickup or customer-managed freight assume responsibility for:
- Proper load securement
- Transportation compliance
- Freight insurance
- Equipment handling after pickup
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Regulatory compliance
- Export/import permits
8. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Go Fast Manufacturing reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. DELIVERY ACCESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate site access and unloading capability at the delivery location.
Additional charges resulting from limited site access, detention time, re-delivery, or special unloading requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
