Even-End Rollers
The Even-End Roller Section is designed to square and align product ends before they enter the next stage of processing. By correcting orientation upstream, it ensures material is presented consistently to downstream equipment, improving feed accuracy and overall process stability.
This optional section helps reduce misfeeds, skewed loading, and operator intervention at downstream machines such as trim saws, notching equipment, or other processing stations. Proper alignment at this stage leads to smoother loading, more consistent results, and improved uptime across the system.
