RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Go Fast Manufacturing manufactures and sells industrial machinery, custom equipment, replacement parts, and related products. Due to the nature of industrial equipment and custom fabrication, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms below.

1. CUSTOM EQUIPMENT SALES

Custom-built machinery, configured systems, fabricated components, made-to-order products, and special-order items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Go Fast Manufacturing.

Production may begin immediately after order approval and deposit receipt.

2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from Go Fast Manufacturing.

Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible return requests must:
- Be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Include original invoice information
- Include reason for return
- Include photographs if damage or defects are claimed
- Be approved by Go Fast Manufacturing prior to shipment

Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Properly packaged
- Free from damage, misuse, or modification

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Custom machinery
- Configured systems
- Electrical components
- Cut materials
- Fabricated items
- Used equipment
- Special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Consumable wear items
- Installed components

5. RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Inspection fees
- Repackaging fees
- Credit card processing fees
- Freight charges

Restocking fees may vary depending on product type and condition.

6. FREIGHT AND SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for:
- Return freight charges
- Freight insurance
- Packaging costs
- Damage occurring during return shipment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible freight damage must:
- Be noted on delivery paperwork
- Be photographed immediately
- Be reported to the carrier
- Be reported to Go Fast Manufacturing within five (5) business days

Warranty claims are subject to the warranty terms provided with the applicable equipment or product.

8. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refund timing may vary depending on:
- Inspection results
- Payment processor timing
- Banking institutions
- Return condition

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be approved by Go Fast Manufacturing.

Orders already in production, fabrication, procurement, or shipment may be subject to:
- Cancellation fees
- Material charges
- Engineering charges
- Labor charges
- Lost profit recovery
- Non-refundable deposits

10. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims are governed exclusively by the written warranty terms provided with the applicable quotation, invoice, or sales agreement.
