Break-Over Deck
The Break-Over Deck is a transitional deck that prevents over filling of the V-Pit. Using chain lugs and controlled motion, it feeds material steadily into the unscrambling system so boards arrive in manageable quantities in the V-pit.
By breaking up bundles before they reach the V-Deck, the Break-Over Deck reduces random movement, improves flow consistency, and minimizes jams ahead of the unscrambling stage. This results in smoother operations and more reliable V-Deck performance in high-throughput environments.
Optional but recommended, the heavy-duty Break-Over Deck is built to handle continuous production while reducing material damage and preventing problems before they start.
