2NXL Double Head Notcher

The Go Fast 2NXL Double Head Notcher is a heavy-duty pneumatic notcher built for pallet makers and specialty sawmills that need a practical step up from entry-level single-head notching.

Designed to fill the gap between basic manual notchers and fully automatic, high-production double-head systems, the 2NXL gives shops a simple, operator-controlled double-head notching solution without the cost, footprint, or complexity of auto-feed equipment.

The 2NXL has a compact footprint, making it a good fit for shops where floor space matters. It also features a 6-inch notching throat, allowing up to four boards to be notched per cycle depending on material thickness.

It is a strong fit for moderate production, specialty runs, recycled material, and operations that need flexibility without full automation.

Recommended for: Medium production plants running new or recycled pallet lumber.
