2NX High-Speed Double Head Notcher

The Go Fast 2NX Double Head Notcher is a simple, versatile, and heavy-duty notching machine built for pallet shops that need high production without unnecessary material handling.

For operations that are not feeding a notcher directly from a trim saw, material typically has to be removed from the bundle by hand anyway. The 2NX keeps that process straightforward: the operator places a handful of stringers, boards, cants, recycled material, or un-notched pallets directly onto the cogged chain infeed, and the machine feeds the material through the notching heads.

This design eliminates the need for an added unscrambling step in many applications while still providing strong production capability. The 2NX comes standard with variable infeed speed, adjustable from 0–44 FPM with the turn of a knob, giving operators simple control over production speed based on material and workflow.

Recommended for: High production plants running new or recycled pallet lumber.
