COMPLETE SYSTEM

PALLET REPAIR & SORTING SYSTEM

Pallet Recycling

Automated pallet stacking system designed to eliminate manual handling, improve stack consistency, and keep high-speed production lines running without interruption.

System Overview

Automate Your Processes

The PalStak Pallet Stacking System takes finished pallets directly from your production line and automatically builds clean, uniform stacks with precision and consistency.

Pallets are received from the infeed conveyor, aligned and squared, then stacked to a preset height. Once complete, stacks are discharged and ready for forklift pickup, strapping, or wrapping.

Built for high-throughput environments, the system reduces labor, improves safety, and ensures every stack meets handling and shipping standards—without slowing down your line.

PROCESS FLOW

Repair it. Convey it. Stack It.

  1. 1
    Repair & grade pallets
Pallets are repaired and a pallet label is stickered to them.
  2. 2
    pallet scanning
Pallets are fed onto a roll case and conveyed to a label scanner.
  3. 3
    data collection and stacker assignment
The scanner sends data from the label to the PLC to track who repaired it and what grade pallet it is. This allows you to monitor production of each worker and pallet type.
  4. 4
    automatic stacking
Pallets convey to automatic pallet stackers. Once a pre-set height is reached, the pallet stackers eject the stacks of pallets.
  5. 5
    reports of data
Data collection shift results can be saved and emailed.
