Dealer Deck
The Dealer Deck is the final staging section of the HD Unscrambler system, providing a controlled transfer point between the unscrambler and downstream equipment.
It delivers unscrambled material in a stable, consistent manner, to downstream machines. Final spacing and end alignment are handled by additional components such as even-end rollers or lug loaders where required.
Typically required for auto-fed systems, the Dealer Deck supports smooth, continuous flow into saws, stackers, and other automated equipment.
