V-Pit Unscrambler

The V-Pit Unscrambler is the core of the unscrambler system—the point where chaos turns into control. The unscrambler uses inclined chain lugs and a proven V-pit design to regulate material flow, delivering consistent, single-file output to downstream equipment. This is a required system component, designed to set the standard for flow control throughout the unscrambler line.

Designed to eliminate manual intervention and reduce labor, the V-Pit Unscrambler replaces inconsistent hand feeding with reliable, automated flow. Its geometry naturally manages product variation, allowing material to settle, separate, and advance smoothly without constant operator involvement.
