The Go Fast 2NXP High Speed Double Head Notcher is a reliable and efficient solution for high-production notching. Its heavy-duty construction ensures trouble-free use for years. With high-speed notch rates of up to 6000 cycles per hour, it offers exceptional productivity. The machine operates by feeding stringers into a loading area, where they are indexed individually using a push arm system powered by an electric cam and supported by large linear bearings. The notches are created by a pair of carbide cutters spinning at 3600 RPMs, driven by Dual 30 HP motors. Changing stringer sizes is a breeze as you can easily adjust them by turning handles. Additionally, the Notcher is equipped with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) that provides real-time data display for seamless operation.
